I hold a B.S. in Agricultural Science (because I wanted to be a cowboy), an M.A. in Forensic Psychology (because the things people do fascinate me), and a Ph.D. in Psychology (not a therapist, a researcher). But more than anything, I’m a lifelong student of curiosity—drawn to stories that explore the unseen threads connecting science, soul, and the stars.
Here on Wander Words, I write speculative fiction and thematic essays that braid wonder with reflection. Expect musings on consciousness, communication, memory, and meaning—alongside fictional worlds born from stardust, silence, and the occasional sarcastic AI. Oh—and the occasional gathering of wisdom gathered over the years shaped into some form of poetry.
I write because the world is full of questions that ache for connection more than answers.

About AI and My Creative Process
I value creative integrity above all.
While I occasionally use AI tools for early-stage brainstorming — much like an artist might sketch on scrap paper or talk through ideas with a trusted peer — every word you find here has been intentionally shaped by my own mind, heart, and hand.
I do not use AI to replace creative labor.
I use it, when appropriate, to spark reflection, to deepen inquiry, and to refine my own voice — not to substitute for it.
Creativity remains, always, a deeply human act.
And I remain, always, responsible for the work you find here.
